1) Diaphragm: Our state-of-the-art system features active unwinding, superior tension control, precise diaphragm deviation correction, and efficient static removal. Marvel at the diaphragm's end face alignment accuracy, achieving an impressive ±0.3mm, with head and tail alignment precision at ±0.5mm.
2) High precision: With meticulous pole piece positioning, the machine guarantees an astounding overall stacking accuracy of ±0.3mm. This includes neighboring pole piece alignment precision at ±0.2mm, and a center deviation between the pole piece and diaphragm of just ±0.25mm, contingent on incoming material accuracy of ≤0.2mm.
3) Efficiency: Achieving rapid operation speeds, the machine operates at 0.3-0.4 seconds per piece (in double-station mode, auxiliary time excluded) with an auxiliary time range of 12 to 15 seconds per piece. Note: Pole piece specifications of width ≤60 standardize efficiency due to inherent diaphragm tension control challenges.

8) CCD positioning and judgment of the pole piece: Our advanced CCD system, featuring a comprehensive 20 million pixel camera setup, identifies pole piece defects, dimensional discrepancies, and provides coordinate positioning correction. Each station is equipped with a one-to-two configuration (2 industrial cameras + 1 industrial computer), ensuring both positive and negative pole pieces are flawlessly managed, totaling 4 cameras and 2 computers in the double station.
