1. Function Description:
The device is mainly used for square lithium-ion power battery cell  Z-shaped laminated.

 

2. Advantages: 
1) Diaphragm: Active unwinding; Tension control; Diaphragm correction; Diaphragm to remove static electricity;Diaphragm end face alignment accuracy: ±0.3mm (head and tail alignment ±0.5mm)
2) High precision: Through the precise positioning of the pole sheet, the overall accuracy of the pole sheet in the stack is guaranteed to reach ±0.5mm (the alignment accuracy of the adjacent pole sheet is ± 0.3mm);Alignment accuracy between the pole plate and the diaphragm: center deviation ± 0.3mm.
3) High efficiency: ≤0.8S/ piece (single station efficiency, excluding auxiliary time)
4) Dust protection: Dust protection mechanism is installed in the material box and predetermined position;
5) Multi-piece leakage protection: Leakage detection protection; Anti-multi-piece mechanism; Multi-piece detection mechanism, effectively prevent multiple pieces into the cell.
