The equipment is mainly used for Z-shaped stacking of lithium-ion pouch cells.
As an important equipment in the lithium battery manufacturing process, the stacking machine uses an efficient and precise stacking process to alternately stack the positive and negative electrodes and separators to form a battery cell with a specific number of layers and structure, thereby ensuring the high energy density, stability and safety of the lithium battery.

Product Description

1. Advantages: active unwinding of diaphragm, tension control, diaphragm deviation correction, diaphragm static removal; diaphragm end face alignment accuracy: ±0.2mm (head and tail alignment ±0.5mm);
2. High precision: through the precise positioning of the pole piece, the overall accuracy of the pole piece in the stack is guaranteed to reach ±0.3mm (among which the alignment accuracy of adjacent pole pieces: ±0.2mm); the alignment accuracy between the pole piece and the diaphragm: center deviation ±0.25mm. (The above accuracy depends on the incoming material accuracy ≤0.2mm)
3. Efficiency: 0.25-0.3s/piece (double-station efficiency, excluding auxiliary time)
4. Positive and negative pole piece CCD positioning and detection: can detect pole piece incompleteness, poor size, size coordinate positioning correction, recipe saving and other functions.
5. Hot pressing compound: electric cylinder control pressure 0.5-5 tons adjustable, time 1s-99s adjustable, temperature 50-150℃ adjustable at room temperature.
6. The hot pressing compounding/gluing functions can be switched at will or used simultaneously.
7. Automatic stacking and unloading.
