Product Description

1. Function Description:
The device is mainly used for square lithium-ion power battery cell Z-shaped laminated.

 

2. Advantages: 
1) Diaphragm: active unwinding, tension control, diaphragm deviation correction, diaphragm static removal; diaphragm end face alignment accuracy: ±0.3mm (head and tail alignment ±0.5mm)
2)High precision: Through the precise positioning of the pole piece, the overall accuracy of the pole piece in the stack is guaranteed to reach ±0.3mm (including the alignment accuracy of adjacent pole pieces: ±0.2mm); the alignment accuracy between the pole piece and the diaphragm: the center deviation is ±0.25mm. (The above accuracy depends on the incoming material accuracy ≤0.2mm)
3) Efficiency: 0.3-0.4s/piece (double-station efficiency, excluding auxiliary time); auxiliary time 12s-15s/piece. (Note: The specifications of pole piece width ≤60mm and length ≤100mm are not used as efficiency acceptance standards because the size is too small and the diaphragm tension is difficult to control.)
4) Dust protection: The material box and pre-positioning are equipped with dust protection mechanisms.
5) Multiple-chip leakage protection: leakage detection protection; Anti-multiple-chip mechanism: multiple-chip ultrasonic detection mechanism, effectively preventing multiple chips from being stacked into the battery cell;
6) Hot pressing compound: pressure 1-15 tons adjustable, time 27s-40s adjustable, temperature room temperature -150ºC adjustable.
7) The stacking table has the functions of diaphragm backflush and deviation correction.
8) CCD positioning and judgment of the pole piece: It can detect the incompleteness of the pole piece, poor size, and size coordinate positioning correction function. The pole piece uses a 20 million pixel camera to take a picture of the whole piece. It adopts one-to-two (2 sets of industrial cameras + 1 industrial computer): that is, the positive and negative pole pieces are each equipped with 1 set of industrial cameras, and 1 industrial computer controls 2 sets of industrial cameras. There are 4 sets of industrial cameras and 2 industrial computers in the double station.
