1) Diaphragm Control Excellence: Experience dynamic unwinding and ultra-precise tension control, enhanced by diaphragm deviation correction and static elimination. Achieve diaphragm end face alignment precision of ±0.3mm, with head and tail alignment reaching an impressive ±0.5mm.
2) Unmatched Precision: With exacting pole piece positioning, the stack achieves a remarkable overall accuracy of ±0.3mm. Adjacent pole pieces align with a precision of ±0.2mm, while pole-to-diaphragm alignment boasts a central deviation of ±0.25mm, contingent on material accuracy of ≤0.2mm.
