1.active unwinding of diaphragm, tension control, diaphragm   correction, diaphragm electrostatic discharge; Diaphragm end face alignment accuracy: ±   0.2mm (head tail alignment ± 0.5mm);
2. High  precision:  By  precise  positioning of  the  polarizer,  the  overall  accuracy  of  the   polarizer in the stack is ensured to be ± 0.3mm (with adjacent polarizer alignment accuracy   of ± 0.2mm); Alignment accuracy between polarizer and diaphragm: center deviation ±   0.25mm. (The above accuracy depends on the incoming material accuracy ≤ 0.2mm)
3. Efficiency: 0.5-0.60 seconds per piece (single station efficiency, excluding auxiliary time)
4. Positive and negative electrode CCD positioning and detection: It can detect electrode   defects, size  defects,  size  coordinate  positioning  correction,  formula  saving  and  other   functions.
