Product Description:

This is a fully automatic intelligent device specifically designed for high-end battery cell packaging. It integrates six core functions: top sealing, side sealing, corner sealing, short circuit testing, rejection of defective units, automatic coating, and adsorption transmission. The device features a six-position rotary table structure, a heavy-duty dual linear guide rail system, and a military-grade S136 quenched head, enabling micron-level precision sealing and stable production. It is suitable for power batteries and 3C electronics, significantly enhancing packaging accuracy and the efficiency of assembly line coordination.

Function Introduction 

1. Precision sealing system Three repeated composite packaging: the top seal, side seal and corner seal are completed synchronously to eliminate the error of traditional multi-device connection; Core structure: double linear guide rail + quenched S136 head body, the pressure bearing strength is increased by 40%, and the parallelism supports ±0.1mm fine adjustment.

2. Intelligent quality inspection station Integrated with high precision short circuit test module, real-time feedback of cell resistance; NG products are automatically eliminated, and the interception rate of defective products is greater than 99.9%.

3. Fully automatic coating & transmission Adaptive envelope mechanism, compatible with different cell sizes; Vacuum adsorption seamless conveyor belt, zero damage transfer.

4. Six-position collaborative control The rotary multi-threading architecture can process 6 groups of cells in a single cycle with an efficiency of 120pcs/minute; PLC+ intelligent scheduling with human-machine interface, and the self-diagnosis rate of faults reaches 99.9%.
