This masterpiece combines a specialized high vacuum unit with a cooling system to create an autonomous baking unit, setting new benchmarks and replacing conventional ovens.

2. Working Principle:
(1) Seamless operation: Each machine operates continuously in efficient cycles.
(2) Streamlined Process: Simply open the door, place the battery cells or electrodes into the oven, and set the desired heating time, vacuum time, and nitrogen time. The system intelligently automates the heating and timed ventilation according to your parameters, ensuring a flawless and efficient baking process.


3. Robust Vacuum Drying Oven Structure:
Crafted with precision, the vacuum oven's shell is made of SPCC thin steel plate with a refined surface repaint. The working chamber is constructed from premium structural steel plate, insulated with aluminum silicate fiber between the shell and chamber. The heater, strategically installed at the bottom, with options for top or side placement, maximizes efficiency. Equipped with a digital display smart meter and PID adjustment, the temperature control instrument features a 99.99-hour timer and alarm device, streamlining your operations to be seamless, swift, and effective.
