1. Function Description:
This cutting-edge machine is specifically crafted for the precise Z-shaped lamination of square lithium-ion power battery cells, ensuring outstanding precision and reliability.
2. Advantages:
1) Diaphragm: Discover active unwinding with state-of-the-art tension control, diaphragm deviation correction, and dynamic static removal. Ensure diaphragm end-face alignment precision of ±0.3mm, with remarkable head and tail alignment accuracy of ±0.5mm.
2) High Precision: Take advantage of the exemplary precision positioning of pole pieces, ensuring stack accuracy of ±0.3mm. Maintain exceptional alignment between adjacent pole pieces at ±0.2mm, and achieve diaphragm alignment with a center deviation of ±0.25mm. Note: These accuracies depend on incoming material precision of ≤0.2mm.
3) Efficiency: Experience the machine's remarkable double-station efficiency of 0.3-0.4s per piece, excluding auxiliary time. Auxiliary processing time spans 12s-15s per piece. Note: Efficiency standards exclude pole piece specifications with width ≤60mm and length ≤100mm due to size constraints affecting diaphragm tension control.
4) Dust Protection: Outfitted with pioneering dust protection mechanisms, the material box and pre-positioning stages ensure pristine, contamination-free processing.
5) Multiple-chip Leakage Protection: Incorporating advanced leakage detection protection and an anti-multiple-chip mechanism, the system utilizes ultrasonic detection to effectively prevent multiple chips from inadvertently stacking into the battery cell.
6) Hot Pressing Compound: Benefit from variable hot pressing capabilities with pressure ranging from 1-15 tons, time adjustability between 27s-40s, and a temperature range adjustable from ambient room temperature up to 150ºC.
7) The stacking table is upgraded with diaphragm backflush capabilities and precise deviation correction functionality.
8) CCD Positioning and Judgment of the Pole Piece: Utilizing cutting-edge CCD technology, the system accurately detects pole piece incompleteness and size discrepancies, offering precise size coordinate positioning correction. The pole piece examination uses a high-resolution 20 million pixel camera to capture comprehensive images. The integrated one-to-two system comprises 2 sets of industrial cameras controlled by 1 industrial computer for both positive and negative pole pieces. In the double station setup, 4 industrial cameras are managed by 2 industrial computers, ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
3.Workflow:
This machine is suitable for the stacking process of square lithium-ion polymer batteries, and adopts a Z-shaped stacking method.
The diaphragm is actively unwound by the motor and introduced into the stacking table through the tension mechanism and the correction mechanism. The stacking table drives the diaphragm to move back and forth to place the pole piece. After the CCD camera takes the coordinate center line (Note: CCD camera has three functions: coordinate positioning, size detection, and defect detection), the positioning platform is corrected and accurately positioned and then stacked on the stacking table. There are four sets of pressing claw mechanisms that cross-act to press the pole piece. After the stacking is completed, the stacked battery cell diaphragm is pulled by the manipulator and thermally cut off. The manipulator grabs the battery cell and rotates it to the gluing position, and both sides are automatically glued at the same time. After the side glue is applied, the manipulator automatically puts the battery cell to the discharge position for stacking and manual removal.
This machine has the following mechanisms: four material box picking and storage mechanisms, diaphragm unwinding mechanism, diaphragm tension mechanism, diaphragm deviation correction mechanism, positive and negative electrode transfer mechanism, positive and negative electrode CCD camera grabbing coordinate correction and positioning mechanism (with CCD camera detection of electrode size and defect detection function), stacking table reciprocating mechanism, diaphragm cutting mechanism, battery cell C-shaped glue sticking mechanism, and battery cell stacking and storage mechanism.
