Product Description
1. Function Description:
The equipment is used in the battery cell stacking process.
The positive and negative electrodes and the diaphragm are stacked together in a Z-shaped manner, and then taken out manually and wrapped with the diaphragm.
The positive and negative electrodes are manually placed at the corresponding loading station, and the diaphragm roll is placed on the unwinding tension mechanism.
The robot automatically stacks the electrodes in the process sequence to complete the work.
2. Advantages:
Easy to change, mainly suitable for high-power battery,
L-type cell, power battery lamination process.
3.Workflow:
After setting the parameters of the equipment to meet the process requirements, manually place the battery cell pole pieces into the material clamp according to polarity.
