1. Function Description:
This advanced device is specifically engineered for Z-shaped lamination of square lithium-ion power battery cells, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
2. Advantages:
1) Diaphragm: Equipped with active unwinding and tension control, it features diaphragm deviation correction and static removal. Achieve precise alignment with a diaphragm end face accuracy of ±0.3mm, and head-tail alignment accuracy of ±0.5mm.
2) High precision: Utilizing meticulous pole piece positioning, the machine ensures the stack's overall accuracy reaches ±0.3mm. Adjacent pole piece alignment precision is ±0.2mm, while the central deviation with the diaphragm holds at ±0.25mm, contingent on material accuracy of ≤0.2mm.
3) Efficiency: Boasting a rapid operation of 0.3-0.4 seconds per piece (excluding auxiliary time), with auxiliary time ranging from 12 to 15 seconds per piece. Note: specifications of pole pieces with a width ≤60mm and length ≤100mm are exempt from efficiency standards due to size and diaphragm tension challenges.
4) Dust protection: Integrated dust protection mechanisms safeguard both the material box and pre-positioning areas, ensuring a clean operating environment.
5) Multiple-chip leakage protection: A robust leakage detection system is in place. The Anti-multiple-chip mechanism employs ultrasonic detection to effectively prevent multiple chips from being stacked inadvertently.
6) Hot pressing compound: Offers adjustable pressure from 1-15 tons, with time settings from 27 to 40 seconds, and temperature control ranging from room temperature up to 150ºC, catering to diverse production needs.
7) Features a sophisticated stacking table with diaphragm backflush and deviation correction functions, enhancing operational fidelity.
8) CCD positioning and judgment of the pole piece: Equipped with a high-resolution 20 million pixel camera system to detect pole piece incompleteness and size discrepancies, enabling precise coordinate correction. This system employs a dual-camera setup for both positive and negative pole pieces, managed by industrial computers to ensure seamless operation across the double station setup.
