Achieve precision in diaphragm end-face alignment with an impressive accuracy of ±0.3mm, complemented by flawless head and tail alignment accuracy of ±0.5mm.
2) High Precision: Benefit from the impeccable precision positioning of pole pieces, ensuring stack accuracy of ±0.3mm. Maintain extraordinary alignment between adjacent pole pieces at ±0.2mm, and diaphragm alignment with a center deviation of ±0.25mm. Note: Achieving these accuracies assumes incoming material precision of ≤0.2mm.
3) Efficiency: The machine boasts a remarkable double-station efficiency of 0.3-0.4s per piece, excluding auxiliary time. The auxiliary processing time ranges from 12s-15s per piece. Please note: Pole piece specifications with a width ≤60mm and length ≤100mm are excluded from efficiency standards due to size constraints affecting diaphragm tension control.

6) Hot Pressing Compound: Enjoy customizable hot pressing capabilities with a pressure range extending from 1-15 tons, adaptable timing from 27s-40s, and an adjustable temperature range from ambient room temperature up to a robust 150ºC.
7) The stacking table is expertly enhanced with diaphragm backflush capabilities and precise deviation correction functionality, guaranteeing exceptional accuracy.
8) CCD Positioning and Judgment of the Pole Piece: Empowered by state-of-the-art CCD technology, the system excels in detecting pole piece incompleteness and size discrepancies, offering unparalleled size coordinate positioning correction. Utilizing a high-resolution 20 million pixel camera, the pole piece examination captures comprehensive images. The integrated one-to-two system comprises 2 sets of industrial cameras managed by 1 industrial computer for both positive and negative pole pieces. In the double station setup, 4 industrial cameras are operated by 2 industrial computers, ensuring unmatched precision and reliability.
