The positive and negative electrodes are manually placed at the corresponding loading station, and the separator

roll is placed on the unwinding tension mechanism.
The robot automatically stacks the electrodes in the process sequence to complete the work.

Workflow:

 1.Starting from the unwinding of the separators , it is introduced into the main stacking table through the degree roller and the tension control mechanism

 2. The manipulator or suction cup will transport the electrode  to the stacking table and position it

 3. Electrodes and the separators are stacked together in a predetermined order to form a Z-shaped stack

 4.After stacking to the set number of cell layers, the machine stops moving, automatically clamps the stacked cell and cuts off the separator and manually removes the cell
